Reservation Information

Season & Office Hours

• Regular Season – April 1st to November 1st
  • Office hours – 9am – 8pm
• Winter Season – November 1st to April 1st – For self-contained RV/campers only
  • Office hours – 9am – 5pm

General

• Reservations are recommended.
• A two night minimum stay is required for the following: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend and Bridge Day (3rd weekend in October).
• Discounts: Military (active or veteran) – 10%
  • For military, call the office.

Deposit

A deposit, equal to a one night stay, plus tax is required when making a reservation. The balance is due at check in.

Online Booking

$7.00 non-refundable online booking fee

Site Lock

You may choose to lock your site for a $10.00 non-refundable fee, if you would like a specific site or cabin. The lock fee would guarantee that specific site or cabin.

If you choose not to lock the site, the site type you choose (RV full hook up, RV water and electric, Cabin, Primitive tent or Tent with water electric) will remain the same.

Cancellations

Call the office at 304-574-1065 to cancel your reservation. We will accept a cancel request via the guest portal.

• 14 days prior to your arrival – The deposit will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee
• Less than 14 days prior to your arrival – No refund
• The online booking fee and the lock fee are non-refundable
• We can reschedule your reservation at no charge.

Refunds

• Will not be given due to inclement weather or any other circumstance beyond our control.
• If you leave early, for any reason, the amount you paid for your reservation will not be refunded.

No Shows

Will forfeit the deposit, all fees paid and their site. Your site will not be held.

Arrivals / Departures

• Check out: 12 pm (noon) EST.
• If a later check out is needed, call the office for approval.
• Check in: anytime after 2 pm

EARLY arrivals will be charged a $10 fee for every hour before 2 pm. The fee is waived with prior approval from management before arrival. Call the office 304-574-1065 for approval.

No early arrivals before 1pm.

Late Night Arrivals

There will be a map with your name, site number and directions to get to your site on it, in a basket located near the front door of the office.
