Rules

Campground Rules

Campers and guests 

  • All must check in at the office upon arrival. 
  • Visitors must pay the visitor fee.

 Quiet hours

  • Quiet time is enforced. 
  • 10 pm to 8am on Sunday through Thursday.
  • 11 pm to 8am on Friday and Saturday.
  • Generators are not allowed, except in a camp wide power outage.

Parking

  • A maximum of two vehicles are allowed on each site, when possible. We have overflow parking.
  • No parking on the grass. Park in the gravel driveway.

Campfires

  • Fires are allowed in designated firepits only. Do not move the firepits. Do not leave trash in them. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file $10.00 for any firepit that is moved or has trash left in it.
  • The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has banned the import of out of state firewood. 
  • Firewood from out of state is not allowed in the campground. We have bundles of wood for sale, or you can purchase firewood locally.

Garbage

  • Must be deposited in the dumpster. Please do not leave in the garbage cans in the bathhouse or next to the utility sink. 
  • Do not leave trash in the firepits. 
  • We do not have garbage pick-up at the site.

Pets

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times. You must clean up after your dog and deposit the waste in the dumpster.
  • Dogs are not to be left unattended at your site. Dogs are not to be left alone in your tent. 
  • Aggressive and continually barking dogs will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave without refund. 
  • Dogs are not allowed in the bathhouse or office.

Children

  • Children under 8 are to be supervised at all times. 
  • All children are to be in their campsite by 9pm. 
  • The playground closes at dark and opens at 8am. Play at your own risk. 
  • Helmets are recommended when riding bikes. No bike riding after dark.
  • No swimming or wading pools are allowed for any reason.

Motorized Transportation

  • ATV's and dirt bikes are not allowed to be used in the campground.
  • Golf carts are allowed when driven by a licensed driver over the age of 18. Must obey the campground speed limit.

Smoking/Vaping

  • No smoking/vaping is allowed in any of our buildings.
  • A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if there is smoking in the cabins.

 For the Safety of all our Guests

  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your campsite only.
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited
  • Loud offensive and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave without refund.
  • Any damage incurred to campground buildings and/or property, will be charged to the responsible camper's credit card.

  Emergencies/ After-hours assistance

  • Call 911 for all emergencies.
  • If you need to report a disturbance in the campground after hours: Call 304-574-1065, leave a message. We will respond if         there is a message.
  • If there is a utility problem, after hours, call 304-574-1065, leave a message. DO NOT WORK on it yourself.

RV Sites

  • Area rugs/mats and/or dog beds are not allowed on the grass. 
  • Tents are not allowed on RV sites.
  • Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak proof adapter.
  • Absolutely, no washing of RV's and/or other vehicles

Miscellaneous

  • Deliveries for take-out orders: Meet the delivery driver at the office. 
  • EV charging: Allowed in designated places for a fee. DO NOT charge at the same pedestal as your RV.
  • Outside lights: Turn off all outside lights when retiring for the evening. Respect the dark skies.

Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time without refund.
